Luc is an epidemiologist and PhD student. His current research focuses on the impacts of cities on health. He is passionate about environmental stewardship and using data to understand and improve programming. He has worked in public health research for many years and has led numerous program evaluations for both local and international NGOs on their health-related programming. Luc is an avid cyclist and an amateur chess player.
