Paige Hunter

Paige is a passionate community organizer with more than 10 years of experience in climate justice, public policy analysis, and environmental stewardship. Her professional background spans public service, academia, non-profit, and grassroots leadership, and in 2022 she co-founded sword fern collective, a climate emotions and arts and culture organization that she continues to co-lead.

She has been a youth delegate to the UNFCCC COP27, an advisor on youth education and engagement to the Metro Vancouver Regional Government, and in 2023 she received The Starfish Canada’s Top 25 Environmentalists Under 25 Award. Paige loves helping people find their passion for environmental stewardship as the Lower Mainland Green Team Program Manager.

Paige cares deeply about creating local solutions to global issues, and when she’s not advocating for those she’s probably riding her bike.
