What people said about their experience

Impact on participants: making a difference in a very tactile way, supporting local groups, doing our part for the environment.
Impact of environment: Expanding the connection between place and people, engendering a sense of connection to and responsibility for our world.

Beyond the direct and obvious positive impact of the land being restored, the other great impact is on the volunteers by taking them out of their house and city and connecting them back to Mother Nature.
