Engage in cause marketing
According to a 2014 study by Ipsos Reid (Canada’s market intelligence leader), 84% of Canadians claim they would likely switch brands to one affiliated with a good cause if price and quality were similar. Show customers your commitment to responsible environmental behaviour by aligning your brand with our cause. Some examples of cause marketing we can explore are:
- Donating a percentage of each sale
- Soliciting donations from customers at checkout
- Creating and running a fundraising event
- Spearheading a campaign to raise awareness of both your product and our work
Provide In-Kind products
If you produce a healthy snack or drink or make a product that encourages social and environmental responsibility consider providing them to our organization. We will give it to our volunteers to thank them for their hard work taking care of our parks and encourage them to be socially and environmental conscious consumers. At the same time, your products have a presence at our volunteer activities (we get media attention!) and our volunteers get introduced to your product (they are your demographic!).
