The Greater Victoria Green Team organized an ivy pull with students from the education program at UVic. In total there was 97 participants who worked to remove a HUGE pile of ivy to save a variety of other native plants!

Highlights
- 97 volunteers participated and contributed 115 volunteer hours!
- Approximately 70 volunteers had never removed English Ivy before
- We removed 10 cubic metres of english ivy!
- There were three classes that participated all part of UVic’s education program. They want to learn about outdoor education activities that they can bring to the future classes.
